Leads enterprise IT governance, risk, compliance, privacy, AI governance, data governance, and third-party risk programs. Oversees SOX audits, NIST assessments, ISO 27001 alignment, policy management, privacy requests, vendor risk assessments, executive reporting, and compliance initiatives. Manages and develops GRC and Privacy team members while partnering with IT, Legal, Cybersecurity, Internal Audit, vendors, and senior leadership.

Support transaction team by underwriting, modeling, and performing due diligence on multifamily investment opportunities; compile financial statements, rent rolls, market research, and investment books; coordinate vendors and post-close reconciliations; prepare management and pipeline reports; assist with dispositions and JV/HOA relationship management.

Performs functional, backend, data, API, and automated testing for software features and integrations. Designs test plans, writes SQL queries, validates Snowflake data pipelines and access controls, tests REST/JSON APIs, manages defects in Zephyr, and develops Playwright or similar automation. Collaborates with product, development, business, and project teams in Agile and Waterfall environments while using UiPath and AI-assisted tools to improve testing and regression coverage.
