Lead security monitoring, investigations, and incident response. Maintain CSIRT and incident response plan, optimize security tools, mentor junior analysts, recommend control improvements, and leverage AI to accelerate investigations and threat detection. Troubleshoot Windows and macOS systems, Office365, printers, mobile devices, Exchange/Active Directory issues; use remote access tools, escalate to Tier 2, maintain documentation, perform end-user training, handle on-call rotations and equipment shipments, and deliver quality customer service.

Support and maintain enterprise network infrastructure; act as first escalation for Network Administrators; configure and troubleshoot switches, routers, firewalls, and wireless controllers; participate in project implementations, documentation, rotating on-call support, and occasional on-site travel.
