Provide Tier 1 technical support for internal and external users via ServiceNow and phone. Troubleshoot Windows and macOS systems, Office365, printers, mobile devices, Exchange/Active Directory issues; use remote access tools, escalate to Tier 2, maintain documentation, perform end-user training, handle on-call rotations and equipment shipments, and deliver quality customer service.

Support and maintain enterprise network infrastructure; act as first escalation for Network Administrators; configure and troubleshoot switches, routers, firewalls, and wireless controllers; participate in project implementations, documentation, rotating on-call support, and occasional on-site travel.

Provide high-level administrative, operational, and strategic support to the CEO and Board, managing complex calendars, executive communications, board materials, travel, events, and confidential information. Anticipate needs, prepare presentations and reports, coordinate meetings and special projects, and act as a liaison across leadership and external stakeholders.

Perform centralized leasing and renewal outreach via phone, email, and text; qualify prospects, set tours, manage applications and leases, document activity in CRM/OneSite, handle renewals negotiations, track renewals in Excel, and ensure compliance with fair housing and company policies.
