Associate Attorney handling civil defense litigation, including discovery, depositions, motion practice, case strategy, client communication, mediation, court appearances, and trial preparation. The role requires independently managing caseloads, developing case strategies, maintaining client relationships, and mentoring junior attorneys. Candidates need an active Colorado Bar license, a Juris Doctor, and insurance defense litigation experience. Remote, hybrid, and onsite work options are available.
