The role requires maintaining accurate Salesforce pipeline data, partnering with channels and cross-functional teams, developing new verticals, and driving ARR growth through complex, multi-stakeholder SaaS sales.

Manage Enterprise customers to drive activation, adoption, retention, expansions and renewals. Provide product training, monitor health metrics, mitigate risk, deliver account reviews, and collaborate cross-functionally to improve customer outcomes.
