Modernize Go-based microservices, manage dual-cloud AWS/Azure infrastructure with Terraform, improve observability and reliability, mentor engineers, and balance feature delivery with platform refactoring.

Lead strategic relationships and complex solution sales for enterprise financial services and FinTech customers. Partner with product and engineering leaders on architecture and roadmap decisions, improve observability and production resilience, mentor engineers, and drive technical initiatives across Twilio and Stytch.

Build and operate identity, governance, and automated access-control systems across AWS, Azure, and GCP. Design, build, and operate scalable cloud-native platform services for phone numbers and KYC compliance. Own end-to-end feature delivery, technical specifications, APIs, microservices, tooling, reliability, security, and incident remediation. Use AI-assisted development to accelerate coding and testing, collaborate with product and engineering stakeholders, mentor junior engineers, and contribute to platform modernization, operational excellence, and regulatory solutions.

Develop and execute partner co-marketing and joint go-to-market strategies to drive regional pipeline growth.
