Leads strategic and emerging aerospace and defense account growth, identifying and capturing high-value opportunities from early customer engagement through award. Builds executive, program, engineering, and technical relationships; shapes requirements; manages pipelines and CRM intelligence; develops capture and proposal strategies; and coordinates engineering, operations, supply chain, pricing, and finance teams. Requires deep A&D electronics expertise, strong customer influence, and a proven record of business wins exceeding $20 million. Travel is approximately 50% across North America, with occasional UK and Europe travel.

Supports HR activities throughout mergers and acquisitions, including due diligence, Day 1 readiness, employee transitions, integration planning, workforce changes, compliance, change management, and post-close execution. Coordinates workstreams, tracks milestones, prepares reports and communications, manages confidential information, and collaborates with HR, Legal, Finance, IT, and business stakeholders. Maintains M&A playbooks, project tools, checklists, and lessons learned to improve future integration processes.
