Participates in a four-month sales training program before transitioning into an Account Representative role. Sells electronic components and related services through phone, email, internet, and fax; provides quotes, processes orders, develops customer relationships, conducts prospecting and cold calls, prepares sales reports, and supports Field Sales Representatives. Success is measured through sales objectives, customer satisfaction, order accuracy, profitability, and quality standards.
