Lead independent testing strategy and governance for a regulated utility’s SAP IS-U customer information system transformation. Responsibilities include governing SIT, UAT, regression, conversion validation, billing validation, defect management, integration testing, data reconciliation, readiness assessments, cutover rehearsals, and go-live validation. The role coordinates system integrators, business stakeholders, SMEs, vendors, and technology teams while ensuring traceability, risk-based coverage, and deployment readiness.
