Lead the Data Sources product roadmap for document parsing, fraud detection, and bank aggregation. Drive metrics (parse accuracy, fraud catch rate, connection success, SLAs), write specs, engage clients, mentor PMs/engineers, and represent the platform externally. Prioritize document types, extraction models, reliability, and scalability to improve conversion, client satisfaction, and operational efficiency across mortgage, tenant screening, and government use cases.

Serve as the primary technical advisor for government accounts post-sale: lead onboarding, design and integration, execute technical account plans, deliver training, monitor usage/health, drive adoption and advocate customer needs to Product and Engineering.

Triage and resolve customer support tickets for an API-driven fintech product, collaborate with product and engineering on feature requests, improve help center content, lead technical projects and reporting, and manage escalations to ensure SLA, CSAT, and TTR goals.
