Manage a high-volume SaaS customer portfolio through onboarding, product adoption, value realization, retention, and issue resolution. Monitor customer health, renewal rates, NPS, and adoption metrics; proactively mitigate churn risks; maintain CRM records and success plans; and collaborate with Account Management, Product, and Marketing on escalations, customer feedback, advocacy, and case studies.

Serve as the post-sales technical partner for high-value customers: manage technical onboarding, API integrations, ongoing technical support, incident escalation, adoption optimization, and cross-functional advocacy to ensure stable integrations, high customer satisfaction, and strong renewal outcomes.

Partner with sales teams to perform technical discovery, design scalable integrations and solutions, deliver demos and proofs-of-concept, and provide technical credibility to drive deal conversion. Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Implementation to ensure smooth handovers and capture customer feedback to inform the product roadmap.
