At Trumid, a typical day isn't so typical. I could be focused on coding, architectural design, in a product review meeting, or any combination of the above. There's a real sense of ownership and pride from working across multiple teams and staying connected to the project at each stage, from conception to production.

Creativity is our process of materializing novel ideas through the synthesis of information, experience and intuition. Empowerment is about supplying creativity's raw materials: a motivational vision, expertly designed constraints, and fundamental resources. Time is our most critical variable: too much or too little is creativity's kryptonite.
