Develop and maintain production schedules using demand forecasts, inventory levels, capacity constraints, ERP systems, and MRP processes. Supervises leaders and employees, manages operating and capital expenses, supports hiring and development, monitors performance targets, and coordinates with sales and other departments to meet customer needs.

Reviews orders, assesses creditworthiness, analyzes financial information, assigns credit limits, and maintains credit and collections records. The role validates sales tax exemptions, communicates credit holds, enforces payment terms, resolves disputes, supports collection actions, prepares bond claim and lien documentation, and produces accounts receivable risk reports. It also recommends actions to the credit manager and collaborates with sales and senior management while using ERP and Microsoft Office systems.

Manages branch production and steel processing operations, including scheduling, staffing, workforce allocation, equipment performance, quality, safety, productivity, and costs. Leads production supervisors and employees, monitors operational metrics, improves throughput and efficiency, coordinates customer order fulfillment, supports hiring and employee development, and ensures compliance with OSHA, DOT, and applicable regulations.

Operations Manager leads plant distribution and site operations, overseeing material receipt, storage, retrieval, order fulfillment, quality, safety, security, staffing, budgets, and cost control. The role manages supervisors and operations teams, ensures OSHA and DOT compliance, drives continuous improvement and productivity, maintains equipment and assets, and coordinates with sales and other departments to support customer satisfaction.

Programs and optimizes CNC cutting operations for burn tables and tube lasers using CAD/CAM software.
