Evaluate submitted business for workers compensation pricing by identifying exposures, performing loss analysis, assigning classification codes, and determining pricing. Collaborate with colleagues, present submissions for carrier approval, maintain pricing guidelines, and advise management to approve profitable risks.

Provide support to SMB clients to drive satisfaction and retention. Manage a larger book of business with reactive and some proactive outreach, negotiate pricing/contracts, build C-suite relationships, identify service opportunities, and coordinate solutions with Sales, Customer Experience, Pricing Strategy, and Product teams.

Manage pre-sale through onboarding and implementation for PEO/ASO/OMS clients. Project-manage transitions, analyze client needs, configure solutions, escalate and resolve complex onboarding issues, and drive process improvement to ensure smooth client transitions.
