Provides accounting and clerical support for a continuing care retirement community. Responsibilities include entering resident and health center billing data, preparing deposits, reviewing and entering accounts payable invoices, forwarding invoices for approval, and generating checks. The role also supports the Director of Financial Services with daily department coordination and requires strong hospitality, professionalism, and attention to detail.

Prepares therapeutic desserts, salads, and diet trays; serves meals to health center residents; sets up and breaks down dining areas; and transports food and nonfood items. The role requires following diet orders, understanding measurements, communicating effectively, working cooperatively with residents and staff, and meeting physical demands including prolonged standing, lifting, and pushing carts.

Manages daily dining room operations in a senior living community, overseeing service quality, cleanliness, staffing, scheduling, training, and customer experience. Supervises serving staff, ensures food presentation and sanitation standards, maintains stocked and operational dining areas, and assists with table service, order taking, dish clearing, and dishwashing. Requires at least three years of restaurant or senior living experience, or equivalent serving and staff management experience.
