Partners with business leaders on workforce strategy, employee relations, talent development, performance management, succession planning, organizational change, and employment compliance. Supports recruitment, HR programs, employee concerns, HRIS and payroll transactions, workforce analytics, and enterprise HR initiatives while promoting a positive workplace culture.

Operates portable digital and computed radiography equipment to perform diagnostic x-ray exams in nursing homes, assisted living facilities, jails, and patients’ homes. Drives a company vehicle, performs EKGs as needed, manages exam paperwork and billing documents, communicates with dispatch and management, maintains equipment and vehicles, and trains other technologists. ARRT certification or required state licensure and a valid driver’s license are required.

Provide mobile diagnostic radiography and occasional EKGs by operating portable DR/CR equipment, travel to patient locations, maintain equipment and vehicle, communicate with dispatch and management, complete paperwork, and train other technologists as assigned.
