Leads and develops a team of GTM engineers building AI agents, workflows, integrations, and internal infrastructure for marketing, sales, and customer success. Establishes engineering standards, documentation, review, ownership, and rollback practices; partners on roadmap planning; manages technical vendor relationships; and coordinates transitions from prototypes to long-term engineering ownership. The role remains hands-on while hiring, mentoring, and improving team operations in a fully remote environment.

Build and deploy AI-powered marketing workflows across campaign planning, content, demand generation, paid media, events, and lifecycle marketing. Integrate LLMs, workflow automation tools, APIs, and low-code platforms to improve marketer productivity. Create automated cross-channel reporting pipelines, AI-assisted lead scoring, and reusable self-service tools. Evaluate and operationalize marketing AI solutions while partnering with data, brand, content, product marketing, paid, and events teams.

Reviews account activity and payment approval requests, investigates suspicious activity and fraud patterns, and makes risk-based approval or escalation decisions using AI-assisted analysis. The role supports compliance operations, improves processes, documents findings, and collaborates with product, support, and business teams to balance compliance, customer experience, and scalable growth.
