Manage a portfolio of insurance agency assignments and territories to drive profitable growth, retention, and new business. Develop sales strategies, analyze agency performance, establish and support new agency relationships, conduct office visits, negotiate with distribution partners, and collaborate with Product and Underwriting teams. Use data, analytics, digital sales tools, and AI technologies to guide decisions and improve sales performance. Travel within the assigned territory up to 75% of the time.

Supports claim professionals by assisting customers, routing inquiries, documenting claim files, processing payments and expenses, managing records and mail, preparing reports, and performing financial control assessments. The role requires accurate data entry, information management, reconciliations, communication, judgment, and relationship-building. It operates under moderate supervision and does not include management responsibilities.

Manage and investigate low- to moderate-complexity general liability claims from initial notice through resolution. Responsibilities include determining coverage, evaluating liability and damages, establishing reserves, negotiating settlements, communicating with stakeholders, handling low-complexity litigation, maintaining claim records, and issuing accurate payments. The role requires customer-focused communication, sound judgment, insurance knowledge, conflict resolution, and an adjuster license where required.
