Manage General Liability insurance claims from initial customer contact through investigation, coverage and liability evaluation, reserving, negotiation, settlement, and resolution. Communicate with policyholders, claimants, providers, and stakeholders; maintain accurate claim documentation; identify potential fraud or complex claims; and coordinate with investigators, legal teams, and customer service while ensuring regulatory and company-policy compliance.

Supports claim professionals by answering customer questions, documenting claim files, processing payments and expenses, managing records and correspondence, preparing reports, and performing financial control assessments. The role also handles claim document processing, data updates, reconciliations, and operational administrative tasks while maintaining accurate and timely information.
