Negotiate coverage, oversee counsel and experts, maintain files and compliance, present analyses to management and actuaries, and lead special projects to drive efficient resolution and consistent account handling.

Lead design and implementation of sales learning and readiness solutions for Business Insurance. Develop curricula, training strategies, and readiness materials; conduct needs analyses; manage project plans and roadmaps; recommend measurement tools and assess program impact; partner with sales enablement and technology teams to deploy scalable learning solutions.

Manage complex toxic tort, latent injury, sexual misconduct, and environmental insurance claims. Perform coverage research, liability investigation, litigation management, account and financial analysis, file maintenance, and staff development. Develop resolution strategies, engage counsel and experts, estimate exposures, and maintain compliance with claim systems and procedures to achieve efficient claim resolution.
