Oversees budgets, ROI, vendor selection, contracts, communications, event marketing, recognition programs, and the WFG Store. Leads Transamerica’s enterprise inorganic growth strategy across M&A, divestitures, reinsurance transactions, strategic investments, and partnerships. Responsibilities include sourcing opportunities, evaluating strategic and financial impacts, overseeing valuation and due diligence, negotiating and executing transactions, advising executives and boards, and guiding integration, separation, and value-capture planning. The role also builds corporate development capabilities and represents the company with external advisors and industry participants.

Manages Account Managers and Account Specialists serving institutional retirement plan sponsors, advisors, and third-party administrators. Establishes service strategies, resolves escalated issues, approves specified financial adjustments, sets team priorities, improves processes, manages performance, and builds internal and external relationships. The role also recruits, trains, coaches, and mentors employees while supporting customer retention and sales meetings.
