Supports global Financial Markets network infrastructure and services in a 24/7 Network Operations Center environment. Responsibilities include monitoring systems, triaging incidents, troubleshooting TCP/IP, VPN, MPLS, routing, hardware, protocol, and multicast market-data issues, configuring Cisco, Arista, and Juniper equipment, managing vendor escalations, coordinating network changes, maintaining incident tickets, and supporting customer-facing technical operations.
