Lead and grow the Customer Onboarding team for the Americas, manage escalations for complex implementations, design scalable onboarding frameworks, define onboarding KPIs, partner cross-functionally with Product, Sales and Support, and maintain executive stakeholder relationships to ensure successful customer outcomes.

As an Account Executive at Traild, you will manage the full sales cycle for fintech payments, build a pipeline, conduct demos, and develop relationships with finance leaders at various organizations to drive revenue and customer success.

Lead and support ERP integration and implementations for Traild’s AP automation platform (Syspro and Acumatica). Configure, test, troubleshoot integrations, provide escalated technical support, collaborate with sales and cross-functional teams, document solutions, and drive customer adoption and integration improvements.
