Teams at Trailborn Hotels & Resorts

Leads the hotel’s Engineering and Grounds department, overseeing property maintenance, facilities operations, construction projects, capital planning, budgets, vendors, contracts, safety, staffing, training, and work-order completion. Partners with property leadership to support guest service, regulatory compliance, operational openings and closings, and continual asset-management improvements. The role requires hands-on planning, financial oversight, flexible scheduling, physical stamina, and leadership of maintenance personnel.
