Executes pricing, inventory, distribution, and rate-parity strategies across assigned hotel properties. Maintains revenue-management systems, monitors booking pace and occupancy, prepares performance reports, supports forecasting and variance analysis, audits configurations, and coordinates with property teams, sales, marketing, reservations, and general managers. Provides property-level data, market intelligence, and operational support to the Area Director of Revenue Management.
