Supports multiple energy development projects from early screening through commercial and development milestones. Coordinates permitting, interconnection, fuels, infrastructure, stakeholders, contracts, financing readiness, consultants, utilities, regulators, and internal teams. Maintains schedules, risk registers, project controls, decision materials, reporting tools, and stage-gate documentation. Tracks dependencies and critical-path items, escalates risks, and supports executive decisions across a growing portfolio of energy and data center infrastructure projects.

Leads large-scale data center land development projects from site selection and diligence through master planning, entitlements, permitting, infrastructure coordination, and earthworks. Manages consultants, contractors, budgets, schedules, RFPs, and stakeholder communications while interfacing with governments, utilities, communities, and internal teams. Supports utility planning, easements, rights of way, regulatory approvals, and scalable project delivery processes.

Leads federal, state, and local government affairs, public policy, political engagement, and community outreach for data center development. Responsibilities include monitoring legislation and regulations, coordinating lobbying and consultants, preparing policy analyses and executive briefings, managing stakeholder relationships, supporting permitting and energy initiatives, and advancing Tract’s infrastructure narrative with policymakers, regulators, clients, trade associations, and communities.
