The Senior Accountant will manage month-end and year-end closes, oversee accounts payable, perform bank reconciliations, and ensure compliance with GAAP.

Lead month- and year-end close, prepare journal entries and reconciliations, manage accounts payable and fixed assets, perform variance analysis and cash/bank reconciliations, support audits, reconcile intercompany accounts, and drive process improvements and system implementations to ensure GAAP-compliant financial reporting.

Provide high-level administrative and operational support to senior leadership: manage complex calendars and travel, prepare briefing materials, handle confidential documents and expense reconciliations, coordinate meetings and board logistics, track action items and projects, improve administrative workflows, and represent the Executive Office professionally.
