Responsibilities include server maintenance, troubleshooting, Active Directory, virtualization, storage, backups, cloud administration, patching, security hardening, vulnerability remediation, compliance support, Tier II/III escalation handling, documentation, automation, infrastructure projects, and government-client engagement in regulated environments.

Leads complex technology consulting programs from strategy through delivery, including governance, roadmaps, budgets, risks, benefits tracking, change management, and adoption. Advises executive clients, conducts capability assessments, develops recommendations, supports pre-sales and expansion opportunities, and standardizes consulting playbooks. Builds and coaches cross-functional teams, manages stakeholders and escalations, and ensures delivery quality across cloud, data and AI, cybersecurity, and enterprise platform initiatives. The role requires up to 50% travel to client sites.
