Manage worker communications, attendance, clock-in and clock-out accuracy, issue resolution, and customer expectations. Identify process and tooling improvements, support worker vetting and forward-filling, create standard operating procedures, and help workers use the company app. The role requires flexible rotating shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekdays, and weekends.
