Performs municipal civil engineering reviews for development, subdivision, drainage, roads, public infrastructure, and right-of-way permits. Monitors construction compliance, supports transportation projects, administers consultant contracts, prepares or reviews specifications and cost estimates, and assists departments and the public. The Senior Engineer level additionally provides advanced technical leadership, budgeting, and complex project management.
