Apply layouts, interactions, templates, visual design standards, Section 508, and WCAG 2.1 AA requirements. Conduct self-QA, troubleshoot functionality and responsive behavior, incorporate feedback, maintain visual consistency, and collaborate with instructional designers, visual designers, project managers, QA specialists, and developers on a large-scale federal learning initiative.

Design build-ready, mobile-first eLearning storyboards and occasional vILT materials using performance-focused methods (Action Mapping, LSX). Lead early-stage design for modules, collaborate with SMEs, visual designers, and developers, ensure accessibility (Section 508/WCAG), maintain version control, support iterative LLAMA Agile delivery, and produce high-quality scripts, assessments, and documentation.
