The Business Development Representative role involves identifying and closing law firm referral partnerships, evaluating partners based on data, negotiating contracts, and managing a sales pipeline efficiently while driving growth for TopDog Law.

Lead and build a greenfield, AI-enabled product platform (custom CRM, case management, client portal). Manage up to five Technical PMs, drive roadmap and migrations off Salesforce/Filevine, prototype and ship AI-integrated features, and align product with engineering and executive goals to scale firm growth.

This VP of Client Marketing role involves building and executing client lifecycle marketing and experiences, improving referral programs, and enhancing overall client satisfaction, while leading a team and creating measurement infrastructures.
