Lead TopDog's reputation strategy and execution: build the founder platform, run earned media, enable attorney public presence and recruiting communications, position the firm for referrals, tell the firm's tech/process story, amplify wins, develop narrative and transition messaging, own crisis response, and manage PR agencies and vendors in partnership with CMO and General Counsel.

Hands-on senior IT security systems administrator responsible for administering Google Workspace and Microsoft 365, managing Windows and Mac endpoints via MDM, operating identity and SSO/MFA systems, and running security tooling (EDR, DLP, SIEM, email security). Owns threat monitoring, incident response, vulnerability and patch management, compliance evidence, DR planning, security reporting, and vendor relationships for a remote distributed workforce.

Lead regional operations for a multi-state personal injury region, owning regional P&L, coordinating intake through settlements, prioritizing high-ROI issues, routing escalations to platform teams, launching new states, building capacity models and KPIs, and coaching/managing an operations lead and state managing attorneys to drive performance and consistency.
