Drive revenue by leading complex sales from prospecting through close. Conduct consultative discovery, deliver targeted demonstrations, manage executive relationships, maintain Salesforce pipeline accuracy, forecast results, and pursue upsell opportunities. The role requires outbound prospecting, industry networking, strategic sales messaging, collaboration with Customer Success, and consistent achievement of bookings and closing targets. This is a full-time remote US position with potential onsite work based on location.

Coordinate Native Macro integration projects between clients and internal developers. Responsibilities include scoping payroll and time-entry requirements, managing timelines and deliverables, serving as the client point of contact, coordinating testing and troubleshooting, documenting projects in Salesforce and Monday.com, allocating software connections and licenses, and supporting handoffs and post-implementation activities.
