Leads client AI data delivery projects from implementation through adoption. Owns timelines, data quality, unit economics, stakeholder transparency, risk resolution, team coordination, communications, planning, retrospectives, and process improvements. Manages virtual cross-functional teams involving engineers, supply managers, clients, and other departments. Projects include supervised fine-tuning data generation, LLM evaluation, and red-teaming initiatives.

Own Toloka’s go-to-market strategy, commercial offerings, cross-functional process launches, and executive revenue reporting. Partner with the CSO on market decisions, pricing, resource allocation, board preparation, and business reviews. Build reliable models and reporting covering bookings, revenue, pipeline, forecast, and margin. The role requires strong quantitative skills, understanding of AI model training and evaluation, and experience operating across Sales, Delivery, Legal, and Finance.

Leads new business development, account growth, commercial discussions, client relationships, and sales operations for AI and GenAI data solutions. Partners with engineering, delivery, and customer success teams to understand frontier lab needs, structure projects, close opportunities, and expand client accounts. Requires quota-based technology sales experience, startup experience, STEM education, and strong AI/ML market knowledge.
