Collect resumes from attendees of the DST Midwestern Regional Conference Career Fair (July 2, 2026) to build a talent network for current and future openings across many functions. Encourage candidates to apply for specific roles on the careers site. Posting is open to conference attendees through July 15, 2026.

Supervise first-shift plant operations to meet production, quality, safety, budget, and schedule targets. Recruit, hire, train and coach staff; assign and review work; conduct performance reviews and disciplinary actions; ensure safety, recordkeeping, and incident reporting; apply problem-solving methods (8D, 5 Why, Kaizen); and work on the warehouse floor around heavy machinery. Support continuous improvement and comply with company policies and safety requirements.

Drive manufacturing process excellence and quality across multiple sites through Lean and continuous improvement (Kaizen, 5S), root cause analysis, process validation, and support for new product introductions and standardization.
