Leads manufacturing facility startups, expansions, and process replication for busbar production. Designs CAD layouts and work cells, specifies equipment and tooling, coordinates suppliers and contractors, and manages capital projects from planning through commissioning and handover. Applies safety-by-design, ergonomics, automation, material-flow optimization, risk management, and project controls. Provides hands-on technical leadership during installation, troubleshooting, production ramp-up, and startup across North American facilities.

Handles inbound sales inquiries, prepares and follows up on quotes, provides product guidance, processes orders and returns, monitors inventory, resolves customer issues, and tracks competitor pricing. The role collaborates across departments, supports quality initiatives, occasionally travels, and develops knowledge of industrial products and services.

Create and maintain production schedules, work orders, and material pick lists. Coordinate with Sales, Materials, Production, Quality, and Shipping to align capacity, forecast demand, and expedite orders. Monitor shop-floor status, flag delays, reschedule for shortages or breakdowns, and maintain delivery schedules. Use JobBOSS/ERP reports and support PPAP release as needed while working on the warehouse floor around heavy machinery.
