The Manufacturing Process Engineer develops manufacturing processes, handles equipment programming and training, and leads process improvements while ensuring compliance with quality standards.

Drive profitable sales within a defined Colorado territory by developing and servicing customers, managing key accounts, executing territory plans, training customers, maintaining CRM and customer databases, and coordinating with inside sales and operations.

Create and maintain production schedules, work orders, and material pick lists. Coordinate with Sales, Materials, Production, Quality, and Shipping to align capacity, forecast demand, and expedite orders. Monitor shop-floor status, flag delays, reschedule for shortages or breakdowns, and maintain delivery schedules. Use JobBOSS/ERP reports and support PPAP release as needed while working on the warehouse floor around heavy machinery.
