Create and maintain production schedules, work orders, and material pick lists. Coordinate with Sales, Materials, Production, Quality, and Shipping to align capacity, forecast demand, and expedite orders. Deliver and assess operations training for new hires and temps in classroom and at workstations; develop training materials and feedback mechanisms; partner with supervisors to meet training needs and track training effectiveness.

Drive manufacturing process excellence and quality across multiple sites through Lean and continuous improvement (Kaizen, 5S), root cause analysis, process validation, and support for new product introductions and standardization.
