Provides clinical supervision to at least six resident clinicians, including group and individual supervision, documentation oversight, professional coaching, and performance collaboration. Maintains a minimum 10-hour weekly clinical caseload through telehealth and/or in-person behavioral health sessions. Candidates must hold an active Colorado LPC, MFT, or LCSW license, meet state supervision requirements, reside permanently in Colorado, and maintain required credentialing.

Lead revenue cycle operations, including patient accounts receivable, credit balances, eligibility verification, billing call center workflows, insurance denials, write-offs, collections, and outsourced vendor management. Develop KPIs, SOPs, training, and process improvements to reduce aging and denials, improve revenue integrity and cash flow, and enhance the patient financial journey across a multistate healthcare environment.

Provide remote clinical supervision to board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioners: monthly 20–30 minute Zoom supervision per NP, same-business-day email/text availability M–F, chart/progress note review, brief documentation after each supervision, complete required annual training. Must be licensed and reside in South Carolina, supervise at least four NPs, and meet stated disciplinary and experience criteria. Compensation: $800/month per NP.
