As a Virtual Financial Advisor, you will provide tailored financial guidance through virtual meetings, focusing on client engagement and achieving financial goals through Thrivent services.

Leads the design, testing, implementation, and administration of compensation programs aligned with business strategies and total rewards philosophy. Consults with business leaders and HR partners, analyzes market and internal compensation data, evaluates jobs, manages complex projects, guides cross-functional teams, develops metrics and change communications, and influences senior stakeholders. Supports organization-wide programs including incentives, executive compensation, merit processes, pay structures, market competitiveness, board compensation, and recognition.

Designs, develops, tests, implements, and maintains scalable Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud solutions. Builds Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, integrations, and platform capabilities; troubleshoots complex Salesforce and enterprise-system issues; supports production operations, observability, CI/CD, and DevOps improvements. Provides technical guidance to junior and mid-level engineers and collaborates with architects, product owners, business partners, and technology teams.
