Supports Customer Success Managers and customers through webinar and event coordination, platform customizations, product adoption analysis, content collaboration, and process improvement. The role manages global schedules, supports live virtual events, coordinates with cross-functional teams, launches customer engagement features, and identifies workflow and automation improvements to increase team efficiency and customer value.

Owns the strategy, success, retention, renewal, and expansion of a complex global enterprise account. Serves as the senior client contact, leads executive relationships and business reviews, manages account team leaders, oversees global program delivery, resolves escalations, and uses engagement and impact data to guide outcomes. Partners cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Content, Coaching, and executive leadership to drive measurable value and sustainable growth.

Own and evolve Thrive Global’s enterprise identity platform, including sign-up, authentication, authorization, user identity management, and integrations with enterprise identity providers. Independently deliver complex projects, partner with Product and stakeholders, maintain reliability, participate in on-call and incident response, and ensure secure, scalable systems using modern identity protocols and credential-management practices.
