Teams at ThirdChannel

Provides human-powered online chat support for CDW customers, sharing product expertise, comparing competitors, explaining technology at different knowledge levels, and responding empathetically to customer concerns. Requires strong written communication, typing speed, familiarity with operating systems and corporate or hospital IT environments, and a passion for helping customers with technology purchases. This is a part-time, remote independent contractor role.
