Leads and independently delivers complex control system integration projects, including design, instrumentation specifications, HMI and PLC applications, IT and network infrastructure, commissioning, budgeting, scheduling, risk management, and customer communication. Mentors team members, oversees project-site personnel when needed, ensures quality and customer satisfaction, and may participate in on-call rotations and overnight travel up to 50%.

Lead a portfolio of control-systems projects, accountable for safety, quality, schedule, cost, margin, and customer satisfaction. Mentor Project Managers, resolve escalations, approve forecasts and financials, ensure QMS and contract alignment, drive risk mitigation, and maintain stakeholder relationships while supporting resource planning and change management.

Drive profitable growth by acquiring, expanding, and retaining strategic customer accounts. Build sales pipelines, develop account plans, close new opportunities, manage bids and RFPs, and maintain customer satisfaction. Collaborate with technical sales and project delivery teams to create compliant automation proposals, manage CRM forecasting, represent the company at industry events, and identify risks and process improvements. The role focuses on automation solutions for energy, life sciences, and mission-critical customers.
