Owns administration, development, governance, upgrades, integrations, and support for ServiceNow and related business systems including NetSuite and Arena PLM. Builds workflows, scoped applications, automations, APIs, and system integrations; maintains data quality and CMDB integrity; supports testing and production releases; and partners with operations, service, engineering, supply chain, and finance stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions.

Manage post-release product revision programs across engineering, operations, manufacturing, service, project management, quality, and suppliers. Coordinate engineering changes, configuration updates, documentation revisions, release readiness, implementation plans, dependencies, risks, milestones, and stakeholder communications. Maintain dashboards, trackers, decision logs, and traceability for approved changes affecting engineered and manufactured products.

Designs, prototypes, tests, and validates cooling products including chillers and CDUs. Responsibilities include refrigeration, thermal, and hydronic calculations; prototype construction; lab and performance testing; test-data analysis; component selection; design documentation; manufacturing transition support; and incorporating field feedback into product improvements.
