Teams at The START Center for Cancer Research

Leads onboarding, training, competency development, and operational readiness for clinical research personnel across START’s oncology site network. Develops standardized curricula, delivers virtual and in-person instruction, coaches employees, evaluates competency, coordinates shadowing, and supports new site launches. Partners with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with SOPs, GCP, regulatory requirements, and operational standards while tracking readiness, training effectiveness, and continuous improvement.

Research and map clinical research financials from CTMS reports, reconcile site expenses, support sponsor/CRO invoicing, collaborate with accounting and clinical teams, and improve mapping and reconciliation processes to ensure accurate sponsor billing and revenue capture.

Prepare and submit regulatory documents (IRB, FDA, IBC) for oncology clinical studies, draft informed consents, maintain Investigator Site Files, act as point of contact with Sponsors/CROs and regulatory bodies, track activities in regulatory systems, and respond to inquiries and status requests.
