Design and deliver MEP electrical systems: medium/low-voltage power distribution, panel schedules, lighting, one-line diagrams, and protective coordination. Perform load, voltage-drop, arc-flash, and breaker coordination studies; develop specifications and cost estimates; conduct site observations; coordinate with project teams, clients, and contractors using CAD/Revit and electrical modeling tools.

Lead mechanical system design and project management for commercial MEP projects. Own proposals, budgets, schedules, staffing forecasts, client relationships, change orders, and coordination with internal and external teams. Mentor junior staff and ensure technical performance using Revit, CAD, BlueBeam, and Microsoft Office.

Lead electrical design for MEP healthcare and related projects: perform power distribution, one-line and lighting design, load/voltage drop/arc-flash studies, prepare specs and estimates, conduct site observations, and coordinate with clients and contractors using industry software and NEC knowledge.
