Lead safe, educational, and enjoyable aerial adventures, including zipline, via ferrata, and rock-climbing trips. Conduct safety briefings, assist guests with equipment, maintain gear and work areas, monitor conditions, and provide interpretive information. The role requires strong customer care, teamwork, situational awareness, and outdoor enthusiasm. Guides work approximately nine-hour days and may be employed part- or full-time during the seasonal period.

Manage river outpost operations during the summer season, coordinating outdoor guides, maintaining equipment and work areas, supporting customer service, and helping ensure safe, organized guest experiences. The role requires prior management and outdoor recreation or tourism experience, physical capability, teamwork, and strong customer-care skills. Work is onsite in Colorado, approximately 40 hours per week, including holidays.
