Leads operations, organizational effectiveness, workplace culture, employee engagement, and operational excellence for a 70-plus-person Colorado business unit. Translates strategy into work plans, oversees a $2 million operations budget, supervises a multidisciplinary team, manages cross-functional initiatives, develops strategic plans, improves systems and processes, advises senior leaders, and supports organizational change and employee experience.

The Associate Director will help build and lead a global agriculture finance initiative focused on sustainable, deforestation-free food systems. Responsibilities include developing strategic initiatives, leading complex projects, negotiating agreements, coordinating with global teams and external partners, and engaging financial institutions, investors, and agribusiness stakeholders. The role requires sophisticated financial, economic, analytical, communication, and project management expertise, with emphasis on scaling innovative finance solutions for conservation and climate goals.

Leads fisheries transparency initiatives across Europe and Africa by designing, implementing, and scaling electronic monitoring programs. Builds partnerships with governments, industry, technology providers, and civil society; provides technical guidance on policy, governance, financing, and implementation; manages complex projects, grants, and collaborations; develops stakeholder capacity; negotiates solutions; and represents the organization in policy and international forums.
