The role requires following therapeutic diet orders, understanding measurements, communicating effectively, showing empathy for older adults, and meeting physical demands including prolonged standing, lifting, pushing, pulling, bending, and exposure to kitchen conditions.

Manages dining room operations and serving staff in a senior living community. Oversees staffing, scheduling, training, service quality, cleanliness, sanitation, food presentation, inventory, and customer experience. Provides hands-on table service, answers menu questions, clears dishes, and supports dishwashing while ensuring operational and budget standards are met.
