Lead and build Jay's inaugural Trusts & Estates practice: manage client engagements end-to-end, codify workflows and standards for an AI-enabled firm, shape productized offerings, recruit and mentor attorneys, and ensure professional responsibility across high-volume and multi-state work.

Lead the worldwide legal function, advising the CEO and executive team on legal strategy, risk management, compliance, M&A, complex commercial agreements, enterprise sales, channel partnerships, and cross-border matters to support global growth.
