Manages client contracts, vendor service agreements, warranties, renewals, amendments, and contract data within a CMMS. Partners with Sales, Finance, Service Operations, and IT to reconcile systems, support billing accuracy, resolve discrepancies, administer workflows, and maintain documentation. Serves as the contract-module subject matter expert, supports user training and process improvements, and performs testing and validation for CMMS enhancements.

Leads Operations Support teams handling field service coordination, billing, customer contracts and amendments, vendor service contracts, CMMS troubleshooting, and help-line support. Oversees accurate records, work-order closure, issue escalation, and collaboration across accounting, sales, IT, service operations, customers, and technicians. Drives continuous process improvement, requirements gathering, testing, training, and automation while managing employees and ensuring efficient service delivery.

Prospect into complex hospital, health system, surgery center, and imaging center accounts through outbound and inbound efforts. Qualify leads, conduct discovery, engage senior stakeholders, and generate qualified pipeline for healthcare technology and maintenance services. Refine sales sequences and playbooks, collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Operations leadership, maintain CRM data quality, report pipeline performance, and provide market intelligence on healthcare regulations and clinical engineering services.
