The Senior Staff Accountant manages monthly close procedures, journal entries, account reconciliations, financial statement preparation, variance analysis, cash forecasting, audits, tax reporting, and internal controls. The role also supports member account setup and refunds, membership reporting, beverage inventory accounting, vendor analysis, and departmental financial requests. No supervisory responsibilities are included. The position requires strong accounting knowledge, attention to detail, Microsoft Office proficiency, and experience with AR, AP, payroll, HR, or benefits.
