Build and manage relationships with chefs, restaurant owners, and foodservice operators within an assigned territory. Develop new business, expand account portfolios, recommend specialty food products, solve customer challenges, and drive revenue through consultative selling. The role includes territory autonomy, customer relationship management, product education, and uncapped commission based on generated gross profit.

Build and manage a territory of restaurant and foodservice accounts by developing trusted relationships with chefs, owners, and operators. Identify new business opportunities, sell specialty ingredients and food products, provide tailored solutions, and grow account portfolios through consultative selling. The role includes territory autonomy, customer support, product education, data-informed decisions, and uncapped commission based on generated gross profit.

Maintains accounts receivable records, monitors aging and past-due accounts, contacts customers, resolves billing and credit issues, negotiates payment plans, processes claims, chargebacks, returns, NSF items, and payment reconciliations. Maintains customer profiles, supports cash application, responds to inquiries, prepares weekly reports, and assists with special projects.
