Provides evening front-desk reception for a skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility. Welcomes and assists residents, families, visitors, and staff; maintains a professional environment; updates the daily patient census in Excel; processes credit card payments; supports departmental projects; and maintains dependable attendance. Requires attention to detail, a high school diploma, age 18 or older, and successful completion of background and drug screening.

Provides direct restorative care to patients in a healthcare facility, supporting eating, swallowing, self-care, mobility, and rehabilitation independence. Assists restorative nursing and therapy departments with patient transfers, therapy exercises, equipment setup, dining support, documentation, equipment cleaning, laundry, and temperature logs. Requires a current unrestricted CNA license, active state registry standing, restorative or rehabilitation services experience, communication skills, teamwork, and the ability to handle physical and emotional demands.

Provide food-service support including serving meals, tray setup and delivery, dishwashing, cleaning, basic food prep, portion control, and following dietary procedures and safety protocols. Coordinate with dietitian and other staff, maintain cleanliness, and assist with inventory and special meal preparations.
